Artist Statement

I use my camera to build stories that merge reality and fantasy. Through costumes and props I reshape everyday sights and environments into cinematic moments. My work aims to give the impression of a alternate world, the world seen through my eyes and challenges the viewer on what’s real, what’s constructed, and what isn’t. Each series is a new world, each scene a new environment, and every story ambiguous but captivating. Inviting the viewer into the narrative while creating their own story, putting together pieces like a puzzle.
